This was a unique project for Bowdon Homes and involved the celebrated homebuilder moving into the commercial sector to evolve a derelict building in the centre of Hale into a smart London-esque multi-occupation boutique office scheme.

The communal areas have been fitted out to the exacting standards and specification typical of a Bowdon home making them a unique proposition on the luxury office market.

As a result, demand was extremely high with a long list of businesses keen to become tenants.
